Initially coming to Digital Cake for advice regarding an issue with their social media pixel, our regular communication and continued support quickly saw us become P&Co’s chosen agency for the construction and maintenance of their new Shopify website.
Our mission was to create a Shopify Plus scale up that would support their long-term goals of expanding their product range and deliver P&Co to new territories. To help push them towards these KPI’s we created a bespoke Shopify theme that would accurately reflect their brand aesthetic and company ethos.
Having previously worked with agencies that didn’t deliver a transparent communication network or provide one-on-one support and face time, we offered daily communications throughout the development process, maintained a quick response time to any queries that they had, and arranged weekly meetings on a Friday morning to run down everything that we had achieved during the week.
Our goal was to create a site that would be the perfect balance of style, functionality and performance, whilst being totally catered towards the consumer so they remained engaged during every stage of the sales journey.
Being a very visually driven company, style was incredibly important when it came to creating a bespoke theme. We operated in an extremely collaborative way to ensure that we would successfully execute their vision for the new site and deliver unique features for their web store.
